At Dickson Valley Camp & Retreat Center, we live out our mission daily through values deeply rooted in Scripture and shaped by the grace of God. These convictions guide our work, shape our culture, and reflect our desire to glorify Christ in all things.

• We Depend Fully on God
  Apart from the sovereign grace of God, the redeeming love of Jesus Christ, and the guiding presence of the Holy Spirit, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Everything we do flows from His provision, power, and purpose.

• We Lead with Humility and Stewardship
  We seek to be humble leaders who faithfully steward the time, talents, and resources entrusted to us—always pointing glory back to the Giver of all good things (1 Peter 4:10–11).

• We Serve the Church with Passion
  We are committed to building up the Body of Christ. Through service and partnership with local churches, we aim to support and strengthen their ministry, proclaiming the Gospel together for the glory of God (Ephesians 4:12–13).

• We Model Christlike Servanthood
  In our staff and leadership, we strive to reflect the servant-hearted nature of Jesus. We seek to train, encourage, and walk alongside church leaders and campers alike, so that many might come to know Christ and grow in relationship with His Church (Philippians 2:5–7).

  Our team is vital to our mission. We prayerfully seek the staff God has called, then equip, mentor, and challenge them to grow spiritually and personally, becoming more like Christ in character and calling (Colossians 1:28–29).

  We thoughtfully design unique, engaging programs that meet real human needs while clearly and creatively communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 9:22–23).

  We care deeply for the land God has entrusted to us. Through responsible management of our natural setting, we provide a peaceful sanctuary where individuals can experience God's presence and behold His glory in creation (Psalm 19:1–2).
